Totally a matter of personal preference and comfort. However, even when I stay in, I tend to at least comb my hair and put on deodorant cuz people've surprised me by visiting unexpectedly, and I would feel weird if I looked like a bum.

it depends on how you feel. some days its just a good idea to comb your hair even if your not doing anything, but sometimes it doesn't matter. figure out what kind of a day you're going to have doing nothing at your house, and then decide.

Yes, it is called personal hygiene and you never know who may come to your door and knock. Even if you are in your pajamas all day. You can always grab a robe.
