In my opinion it isn't asking what does all that. It isn't asking What am I? It is a riddle so I think there is a trick to it. The last line asks "Can you guess the riddle?". My answer is No, I cannot guess the riddle.

I am going out on a limb and say the answer is "Yes." I can certainly guess the riddle as any answer proffered will technically qualify as a guess, including my current answer. The response of "No" has the effect of being a logical paradox.
