My hair falls out!!!!!!!?

Scalp massage can help.

Brush your hair to the scalp at twice a day for at least 5 minutes. This will stimulate the scalp causing more blood to circulate in that area. It also gets rid of hair that was ready to fall out anyway. Boar bristle brushes are the best.

Use a good shampoo and conditioner. Pureology is a good one so are the framesi and redkin products.

It's not a good idea to wear your hair in a ponytail all the time. The same for wigs and hair barrettes and clips. They are fine now and then but can cause breakage if used all the time.

A good diet will promote healthy hair and skin. If it's hard to get a balanced diet maybe you could supplement with a reputable multivitamin.

best of luck

false you lose alot of hair everyday its normal...don't worry unless you see chunks or bald spots!...massage ur head at night with some type of oil this will stimulate the follicle

My hair falls out!!!!!!!?

Well, its normal to lose up to a couple hundred strands of hair A DAY. Its just healthy. If your losing entire chunks, then you should be worried.

Make sure your ponytail isn't too tight. Otherwise it might be putting too much strain on the roots of your hair, and causing it to fall out.

Some people lose more than the average amount of hair strands per day. here is a site you can learn more.

My hair falls out!!!!!!!?

Everyone's hair falls out. But if you have a significant amount of hair falling out at once, you maybe should go see a doctor. You might just be under a lot of stress, or something may be wrong with your thyroid. Do you brush your hair a lot, e.g. multiple times a day? That can sometimes damage hair. Try to wash your hair gently and if things don't improve in a week or so, get an appointment with the doc.
